Refund Policy: Logo Designs

We require a $99 downpayment to start your project. If you're not satisfied with the initial presentation provided by our graphic designers, then you may request a refund within 7 days of the project's start. We DO NOT accept requests for refunds after that period; however, we will still work with you to choose a design you are happy with.
We stand by our 100% guarantee policy that entitles you to receive additional concept designs and revisions until final approval upon your design is made.

In addition, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the design was created. No refunds are available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you request additional revisions to any of the initial concepts.
You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from us. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any of the work produced by us, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
Copyrights & Trademarks

All the rights of the logo design and logo artwork SALBC has created and designed for a specific client belong to the client for which it was designed for. SALBC does not hold any rights to the logo design created for a client after FULL payment has been completed.
SALBC does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos designed for its client. Clients are free to register their trademark & logo design created for them by SALBC.

In the event that payment for any logo design is not made in accordance with the payment policies of SALBC., then all of the client´s rights in and to the logo design created for it, including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to SALBC.

SALBC warrants that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from or inspired by existing designs or trademarks but does not warrant that a design the same as or similar to that designed by it, but of which it was not aware at the time of its creation, does not exist.

If for some coincidental reason a logo designed or web designed by SALBC looks identical to another party´s logo, SALBC will provide a free redraw session with a new set of logos.
